Our well-rounded team is invested in the overall well being of each patient.
In addition to having a staff of Medical Assistants and Ultrasound Technicians, ROC also employs two full-time Diabetes Educators, and a full-time Genetic Counselor. We’re here to help and support our patients every step of the way.
Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists
Originally from Houston, Texas, Dr. Gonzales completed his undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University. He then moved to Tennessee where he completed medical school at Lincoln Memorial University– DeBusk College of Medicine (LMU-DCOM).
Dr. Hawk joined the Regional Obstetrical Consultants team in August of 2014. She is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, where she attended Pace Academy. She graduated Cum Laude from Davidson College where, after briefly studying abroad in France, she earned her B.S. with honors in Biomedical Science.
A native of Pennsylvania, Joseph Kipikasa, M.D., is board certified in both Maternal Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology. He attended Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Dr. Torres is a double boarded OB/GYN Maternal-Fetal (MFM) specialist, and he’s been a part of the team at Regional Obstetrical Consultants since 2006. Dr. Torres completed his medical studies at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, College of Medicine in 1999.
Diabetes Educators
Felicia Boyer is a native Chattanoogan, and a graduate of UTC and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is a Registered/Licensed Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia.
Lea Reagan is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered and Licensed Dietitian. Though she was born in Atlanta, and raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., Lea has practiced in Chattanooga for more than 25 years.
GENETIC COUNSELOR
Janet E. Ulm, a native of Tennessee, is board certified in Genetic Counseling by the American Board of Medical Genetics, and is licensed as a Genetic Counselor in the states of Tennessee and Georgia. Janet graduated from Carson-Newman College with a degree in Biology.
OB Hospitalists
Dr. Fred Bossert proudly served in the Air Force and Army before making a home in Chattanooga. He is a proud husband to another local OBGYN, and a father to two wonderful boys.
Dr. Fisher completed her undergraduate and medical school training at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. After obtaining her medical degree, she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore.
After graduating from Hixson High School, Dr. Innes went on to the University of Tennessee where he received degrees in both biology and chemistry. Between college and attending medical school, he worked as a chemist at Chattem Chemicals.
Erica Lynch joined the Regional Obstetrical Consultants Laborist Program in August 2020. A Chattanooga native, she attended UTC where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biochemistry.
Dr. English Rockholt received her undergraduate degree with a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Angie Yates is a board certified OB/GYN and East Tennessee native. She is a UT faculty member, and serves as Associate Program Director for the residency program.
