This was absolutely one of the most wonderful experiences I have ever had in a doctor’s office. The staff was super friendly and professional from the get go– from reception, to the nurses, counselor, ultrasound tech, and doctor! I saw Dr. Gonzales, and he immediately made me feel comfortable. He was upfront and honest without being too brash and maintaining proper bedside manner. I appreciate that. Most importantly, he was very knowledgeable about the procedure I’m going to have done, and laid out all of my options completely to best suit mine and the baby’s needs. I genuinely felt like my needs were the most important thing to him in our time block together. Thank you to your whole establishment for making me so at ease, even at a stressful time. Amazing job!!

One of the best! They were helpful and amazing my whole pregnancy, my doctor at the ROC wound up delivering me, because I was too scared for anyone else. From the moment I had to come to them, I felt so much better and they are caring and calming to you. I now have an almost 1-year-old healthy baby boy.

I can't say enough about ROC! I had to be referred to Chattanooga for a special fetal heart scan. The whole staff is caring, and takes their time to answer all questions and be transparent with their concerns and reassurances. My husband and I feel very blessed to have them on our care team for our precious baby. Thank you all so much!

This place is the best. All of my pregnancies were high risk, and they have never missed a beat! They do not take any chances, and they make sure that everything is taken care of, every step of the way. The doctors, nurses, consultants, and clerical staff are all friendly, and they make sure you feel like your pregnancy is a priority to them! I'm very happy to be a patient here.

I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for MY baby.

I love the doctors. They took care of me when I was pregnant with my daughter. I couldn’t ask for a better care team staff and physician. They care so much for their patients. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They have very good bedside manner, they are non-judgmental, their ultrasounds are better than the regular OB/GYN’s, and they really do care about their patients. Yes, there’s usually a little bit of a wait time, but the wait is worth it in order to ensure the health of me and my baby. I’d rather them take their time to make sure everything’s good than to rush along, and take a chance on missing something extremely vital. Love this place!

My daughter and son in law have been treated with respect from the staff and physicians. They spend time with you, answer your questions, and they were never rushed. Used Cookeville office and had to spend a few days at Erlanger. She is still pregnant, and is to have baby in a couple weeks. Would highly recommend this group of physicians.

This is absolutely the best place for high risk patients during pregnancy. Our premie son was born at 34 weeks, 3 days. He was in the NICU at Erlanger for a week and a half, and got to come home today. Thank you all so much for everything.
