New Patient Information

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Regional Obstetrical Consultants. Your physician has referred you to our practice to insure quality care for you and your baby. Therefore, we will assist you in every way possible along with your OB/GYN. It is our #1 priority to alleviate any additional stress associated with your visit.

To help eliminate extensive wait time on the day of your visit and to insure accurate and complete information in your chart, we encourage you to have your registration forms completed before your appointment.

Use our secure online registration to download the form and submit it back to us prior to your visit. Or, if preferred, you can print the form, complete it, and bring it with you to your appointment.

ROC offices are open Monday through Thursdays from 7:30 AM until 6 PM. Appointments should be made through your referring OB. If your appointment is 11:15 or 3:15 you must sign in on time or you will be asked to reschedule. All other appointments will be asked to reschedule if you are over 15 minutes late.

Due to limited space in the waiting room and exam rooms, patients may bring no more than 2 guests per appointment. We appreciate your cooperation.
